TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE:

When making a reservation with Aguas Bravas Rafting you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

1. That you know that rafting is an extreme sport which is developed in turbulent rapid waters that may represent risk for the participants
2. That you know that rafting implies physical activity
3. That you know that tours may be altered or canceled for mayor natural reasons, like in the case, but not limited to, flooding or storm.
4. That you know that in case of mayor natural reasons we don't return money.
5. That you know that we don't return money for tour cancellations, or no-show. Cancellations made with at least 7 days of anticipation retain a credit and the reservation date could be re-arranged.
